Our mission is to provide San Diegans with increased opportunities to experience great choral music, both classic and contemporary, in an intimate and relaxed environment. Sacra/Profana is enthusiastically committed to attracting new audiences by presenting dynamic and visually engaging performances in innovative venues. While adhering to the highest artistic standards, we nevertheless recognize the need for fun and adventurous programming and a rewarding, entertaining experience for the less experienced concertgoer. We are dedicated to promoting the living choral tradition, while breathing new life into timeless masterpieces.
